Synopsis

A white van sped away from the police, initiating a nighttime chase through Halifax that culminated in tragedy. Sophie discovered a driver intoxicated and his companion on the verge of a motorway embankment, having left their vehicle behind. Meanwhile, Clarkie was compelled to deploy pepper spray after a driver vanished into the undergrowth.
