Synopsis

The promise of a 50,000-volt shock compels reckless drivers to halt. A suspected drunk driver resists arrest, resulting in a faceful of incapacitating PAVA spray. Meanwhile, an inexperienced and uninsured driver attempts to impersonate his fifty-two-year-old father.
