Synopsis

The chase after a white van careening through Willington becomes a family undertaking. Two-year-old Titan, a German shepherd mix, finds his purpose, while Paul is tasked with a circuitous search for a driver under the influence. Meanwhile, Sam engages a disqualified driver in a discussion of police procedure, a conversation the latter stubbornly refuses to accept as admitting fault.
