Synopsis

PFASTATT is a restaurant, a vibrant Italian-Portuguese eatery presided over by Monica, a manager known for her formidable will and uncompromising approach to business. Six years ago, she poured everything into opening the place, but now a series of misfortunes threaten to dissolve her life savings. In Monica’s view, the fault lies with her staff: unprofessional, disrespectful, and resistant to her authority – a situation she can no longer tolerate. But the employees see the source of the trouble
