Synopsis

In La Ciotat, Philippe Etchebest arrives at a restaurant perched with a view of the sea, where the menu boasts an abundance of seafood – much of it frozen. The manager struggles to trust his chef, a vibrant young woman who faces an uphill battle for respect. Etchebest must navigate ingrained prejudices to restore purpose to the establishment. More than that, he will need to draw upon his considerable authority to persuade the manager to abandon his established ways.
