Synopsis

Romain, the brasserie's manager, operates a modest establishment in the city center, relying on Najib, his chef, to orchestrate the kitchen. Yet, their professional connection is strained. Najib feels adrift, abandoned by Romain, who consistently criticizes his cooking for lacking boldness. As a result, the business is steadily declining. Philippe must reintroduce fundamental principles of the restaurant trade to offer these partners a chance at renewal.
