Synopsis

Anne-Lise, the restaurant's young manager, has lost her grip on command. A profound inertia has settled over the establishment; the chef, still an apprentice, shies away from responsibility. The waitstaff consistently arrive late, leaving service preparations behind schedule. And the owner’s husband retreats behind his pizza oven, avoiding any involvement.
