Synopsis

On the road to Santiago de Compostela, Carole and her son Kevin sought out Philippe Etchebest to rescue a struggling restaurant. Carole, a florist by trade, had inherited a business burdened by neglect and mismanagement – appalling hygiene, and reports of customers falling ill from the food. Overwhelmed, she’d brought in Kevin, who possessed a smattering of experience in the industry, hoping he could assist.
