Synopsis

This week, Chef Philippe Etchebest visits Ouistreham, arriving at the restaurant of Fanny and Dieva, a sibling pair who inherited a beloved local establishment a year and a half ago. They have since faced considerable disappointment: the restaurant's standing has diminished, and patronage has plummeted from two hundred to just twenty covers.
