Synopsis

For the show’s encore, Philippe Etchebest joins forces with Mallory Gabsi, a semi-finalist from season 11 of *Top Chef*. Together, they journey to Epoye in the Marne region, where Jean-Jacques has recently assumed ownership of a restaurant. Despite years in the industry, he is burdened by mounting debts and dwindling patronage. Whether in the kitchen or amongst the diners, Chef Etchebest readily identifies the flaws: a casual welcome, reliance on frozen ingredients, and an underlying tension bet
