Synopsis

Philippe Etchebest found himself at the home of Thierry and Amanda in Saint-Estèphe, Dordogne – a French-English couple who had opened a pub barely a year prior. Uncharacteristically, the chef was initially charmed by the distinctly British decor and Amanda's easy English wit. This pleasant surprise, however, proved fleeting.
