Synopsis

Brenda’s attention turned to the gruesome murder of an actress, a woman who had met her partner through an online dating platform. The case, however, was relegated to a secondary concern; Brenda was scheduled for an interview with the mayor regarding the position of chief of police. Doubts lingered within her about whether such a promotion would truly be desirable.
