Synopsis

Deputy Chief Johnson, seeking favorable publicity for the department, granted a journalist a ride-along. The assignment took a dangerous turn when their vehicle, a Crown Victoria, was deliberately fired upon. As a result, Brenda found herself under round-the-clock police protection, thrust into the role of a crucial witness in the very case she was tasked with unraveling.
