Synopsis

The detonation of a bomb aboard Pan Am Flight 103 resulted in the aircraft's fragmentation in flight. The debris then plummeted to earth, impacting the Scottish town of Lockerbie and claiming the lives of all 259 passengers and crew, as well as eleven people on the ground.
