Synopsis

A university pamphlet advertising Modern Torture Studies caught Sero’s eye when he was in his younger brother Luc’s room, and it unsettled him deeply. Before he could find a suitable moment to mention it, they set off into town for some shopping, where they unexpectedly encountered Siu. On another occasion, Siu invited Sero to witness his daughters' elementary school recital, an event at which Siu blended seamlessly with the other parents—a truly remarkable display of effortless belonging.
