Synopsis

This week, the Recruits gather to prepare for game day, crafting deep-fried specialties for Chefs Anne and Tyler. Will they deliver dishes that delight the crowd, or will the fryer prove their undoing? Following the game, the Recruits must maintain their composure as they learn to prepare squid ink pasta with calamari, starting with the delicate task of handling raw squid.
