Synopsis

Stepping into the comic book-inspired world of "Flavor City," the recruits find themselves ready for a culinary battle centered on superfoods. Chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso then test their skills, assigning the teams the task of preparing mussels. In the main dish challenge, the recruits grapple with the delicate harmony of sweet and sour pork. Ultimately, the two lowest-ranked teams face a blind elimination, tasked with crafting a sweet and spicy appetizer to determine their fate.
