Synopsis

The roles shift as the contestants must sample and articulate the flavors of a single dish for chefs Anne Burrell and Cliff Crooks, striving to recreate it without visual or gustatory aid. For the main challenge, the introductory exercises end, and the remaining recruits are tasked with crafting an elegant dinner for two.
