Synopsis

Boot camp has been remade as a gladiatorial arena for the new recruits. Chefs Anne Burrell and Cliff Crooks explain that success in the culinary world demands stamina, speed, and a refined palate. The skill drill challenges them to assemble a falafel platter worthy of a master chef, while the main dish requires a flavorful chicken adobo. Anne and Cliff judge each creation, and for one recruit, the competition concludes.
