Synopsis

The candidates embark on a journey to Italy, engaging in a game where they must identify Italian ingredients through touch, taste, and smell. Following this, Chef Anne Burrell and Chef Alex Guarnaschelli assess their abilities in a skill challenge focused on preparing Italian antipasto. The ultimate test for continued participation in boot camp lies in the main dish challenge: recreating a classic Italian-American dish.
