Synopsis

The last two candidates face a final test: preparing a three-course meal in a working restaurant kitchen for a panel of discerning food critics. Chefs Anne and Robert craft a menu, then guide the recruits through the process of acquiring the necessary ingredients. They dedicate three hours to refining the menu's execution. The following day, the candidates find themselves in the kitchen of New York’s Tribeca Grill, where they will cook for culinary authorities Marc Murphy, Donatella Arpaia, and
