Synopsis

In the final skill drill, the recruits assume the role of remote chefs, guiding Alton Brown and Anne Burrell through the preparation of a dish they can neither see nor taste. For the main challenge, they must execute a steak dish. The pressure is intense; only those who present the two finest dishes will advance to the finale.
