Synopsis

A gentle rhythm pervades this week at boot camp, where the recruits engage in a culinary game reminiscent of Candyland. They must identify delectable sweets through a careful exercise of all their senses. The skill drill presents them with the task of crafting napoleons. For the main dish challenge, Alton Brown and Anne Burrell guide the recruits as they prepare a citrus tart adorned with meringue; however, any faltering in their execution will result in dismissal.
