Synopsis

Sixteen of America’s most inept cooks arrive at culinary boot camp, each harboring a hope of escaping their kitchen calamities. Food expert Alton Brown and Chef Anne Burrell aim to assess their abilities, challenging the contestants to prepare a fundamental dish. The outcomes are uniformly appalling. Following team assignments, the cooks attempt to execute a classic chicken soup and sandwich, but those whose efforts prove most deficient are dismissed from the competition.
