Synopsis

With guidance from mentors Anne Burrell and Rachael Ray, the contestants begin to shed their inhibitions, starting with breakfast. The initial challenge involves a hands-on game testing their knowledge of egg preparations. Later, the mentors guide them toward a more wholesome approach to cooking, demonstrating how to replace convenience meals with satisfying, home-cooked dinners worthy of sharing with loved ones.
