Synopsis

The Bartet family struggles to assemble for their annual holiday dinner. Jed faces a series of difficult circumstances: a hostage crisis in Sudan, a case of assisted suicide in Oregon, his son-in-law's burgeoning ambition to seek a seat in the House, and his grandson’s heartfelt desire for time with him. C.J., deeply affected by her father's declining health, finds herself compelled to advocate for the right to assisted suicide.
