Synopsis

Following a series of pointed jabs at Notre Dame, C.J. finds himself obliged to accompany the President on a journey to Oregon. Meanwhile, Toby and Sam grapple with the task of composing Jed’s speech for the following day, a speech concerning his education. Back at the White House, Josh attempts to reason with a gay Congressman who champions a bill seeking to outlaw same-sex marriage. Elsewhere, Leo receives divorce papers, prompting Margaret to fear a relapse.
