Synopsis

The team navigates a relentless stream of requests from private organizations – the eccentric, the unusual, the outright improbable. Sam confronts a fervent believer in extraterrestrial visitors; CJ receives a proposal for a road exclusively for wolves; Toby and Bartlet find themselves locked in constant disagreement; and Josh is consumed by the weight of guilt surrounding his sister's passing.
