Synopsis

Saichi Sugimoto and his companions arrived in Karafuto, their purpose to find Asirpa and Kiroranke. There, they encountered a young Ainu woman of the region, who, with a measure of assistance, guided them to a Russian village. It was in this village that reports indicated Kiroranke’s group had been recently sighted. And by a curious turn of events, another tattooed prisoner was discovered within the same settlement.
