Synopsis

Three years had passed since Goku began his rigorous training. One day, he encountered Konkichi, a fox boy fleeing from a sinister organization. Grateful for Goku's intervention, Konkichi vowed to secure passage to the Tenkaichi Budokai. However, his plans were derailed when he was apprehended for bank robbery. Konkichi vehemently protested the accusation, insisting he was a thief, not a bank robber. To clear Konkichi's name, Goku expertly tracked down and captured the true culprits.
