Synopsis

With all seven Dragon Balls gathered, Goku journeys back to Karin Tower, accompanied by Upa. Responding to Goku's call, Shenron appears once more! Though intimidated by the colossal dragon, Upa bravely voices her wish. Shenron grants it, resurrecting Upa’s father, Bora, who had been slain by Tao Pai-pai. Goku bids farewell to Upa and her father before returning to his companions. Following the Turtle Hermit's counsel, he then embarks on a quest for even greater strength.
