Synopsis

Dr. Senbe’s eldest son, Turbo-kun, repairs the Dragon Radar. Suddenly, Blue appears, taking Arale captive and making off with the device, employing his psychic abilities to paralyze Goku. In that instant, Arale unleashes a burst of incredible strength, sending Blue hurtling through the air. Though the Dragon Balls are recovered, the Dragon Radar is lost, carried away by Blue. Turbo provides Goku with a replacement Dragon Radar, and Goku departs Penguin Village.
