Synopsis

Across the globe, martial artists prepare for the commencement of the Tenkaichi Budokai. A shadow hangs over the event, however, as the Turtle Hermit’s students are all absent, Goku among them. With the registration deadline fast approaching, the prospects for our heroes are dim, and Muten Roshi's patience wears increasingly thin.
