Synopsis

Shen Long has manifested! Pilaf attempts to declare his desire—to rule the world! However, Oolong's earlier wish for "a girl's panties" was fulfilled just moments before. With the wish granted, Shen Long retreats back into the Dragon Balls, which scatter across the land. Enraged, Pilaf imprisons Goku and his companions in a chamber of reinforced glass and iron, planning to incinerate them with the sun's rays, but…?!
