Synopsis

Worn to the point of collapse, battered and utterly alone, Goku prepared for a final confrontation with the seemingly invulnerable Piccolo Daimao. While the Turtle Hermit and others pressed onward in their quest for the Dragon Balls, it grew increasingly evident that their pursuit led directly to the malevolent power of Piccolo Daimao, and to a reckoning for those who had fought for good.
