Synopsis

He awoke to the unsettling stillness of the Candy Kingdom, a strange emptiness where its vibrant inhabitants should have been. A recent accident had left him disoriented, but the absence of familiar faces was far more jarring than any physical discomfort. And then there was Jake. His friend’s usual joviality had warped into something bordering on mania, his actions and words a dizzying cascade of unpredictable energy.
