Synopsis

The chickens are gone, and Jack has no intention of replacing them. After finding an abandoned mill house on the property, he resolves to make it his home, leaving the farm to Annie, Peggy, and Joe. Peggy learns she is with child and feels a strong urge to seek a life beyond these fields. Meanwhile, Joe takes Marian aside and shows her the art of fishing.
