Synopsis

Roger made the announcement with a mixture of apprehension and a certain grim amusement: Max Jets, the benefactor who had so frequently lavished the Smith family with wealth, was returning. His reappearance coincided with the arrival of a gold-seeking waitress, whose affections for Jets posed a direct threat to the Smiths' carefully cultivated inheritance.
