Synopsis

Stan was stung by Hayley's rejection of his counsel, and determined to demonstrate the wisdom she was forsaking. His resolve hardened after an encounter with a dancer during a sensitive CIA operation; he resolved to elevate her life and prove the efficacy of his guidance to Hayley. However, his attempt to vindicate himself through a new venture unexpectedly led him to a life of performance, trading dignity for dollars to conceal his shortcomings.
