Synopsis

For Valentine's Day, Stan presents Francine with a collection of affection vouchers, but his attention soon shifts entirely to his own clandestine project: a sophisticated cyborg developed with the agency. Simultaneously, Roger lends his expertise to Steve and his companions as they endeavor to recreate a beloved film from the 1980s.
