Synopsis

Stan is critical of social programs, viewing them as fiscal irresponsibility, and often chides Francine for her charitable work at the city's homeless shelter. However, when he himself becomes consumed by a debilitating addiction and requires assistance, his perspective undergoes a sudden and unexpected shift.
