Synopsis

Stan’s search for a former KGB agent proves fruitless, until the man unexpectedly becomes his new neighbor. Elsewhere, Steve struggles with a school science project – a rocket that stubbornly refuses to launch – until assistance arrives from the person residing next door. Concurrently, Roger and Klaus embark on a European holiday.
