Synopsis

Traffic had become a constant source of irritation for Stan. In a fit of exasperation, he approached the mayor with a bold suggestion: the town should invest in a bullet train. The mayor responded with a dismissive laugh, quickly stifling the idea. It was Roger who, seeing Stan's discontent and potential, urged him to run for mayor himself. To everyone's surprise, Stan won the election, only to find the weight of responsibility utterly overwhelming.
