Synopsis

Francine pilfered funds from the CIA, crafting an elaborate persona as a supervillain in an attempt to provoke Stan into displaying more charm. Simultaneously, Roger orchestrated a scheme to ensnare Hayley and Steve, all so he could exact retribution.
