Synopsis

Greg and Terry resolved to adopt a ten-year-old boy from Russia named Michael. The announcement was met with celebration at a gathering, but Roger felt a sharp pang of envy at the Smiths' cultivated world of art and refinement. He dismissed them as vulgar, then, in a calculated act of spite, he began to mimic Michael, skillfully weaving himself into the fabric of the boy’s new life.
