Synopsis

Driven by a yearning to appear contemporary in Steve’s eyes, Francine imparts upon him a comprehensive education in the art of shoplifting, intending he put his newfound skills to use at the local mall. However, their ambitious attempt at a grand theft at "The Gash" misfires spectacularly, resulting in Steve's capture and subsequent relocation to a Venezuelan sweatshop. Simultaneously, Roger, Hayley, and Klaus coalesce to form Langley Falls’ inaugural Russian Balalaika ensemble.
