Synopsis

The discovery of a college freshman, savagely beaten, left the crime scene awash in blood. The violence was so extreme that the victim's identity was obscured, a grim anonymity masking the brutality. Yet, identifying the perpetrator proved surprisingly straightforward. And the reason behind the killing—a potent, almost theatrical motive—would form the bedrock of his defense.
