Synopsis

Frank Rodriguez, a veteran of the Navy, had devoted his life to the welfare of underprivileged children and possessed few adversaries. Determining who might wish him harm proved difficult. The circumstances of his death were equally perplexing, a mystery that investigators were compelled to unravel in order to bring his killer to justice.
