Synopsis

Each morning, Stan rises before dawn to speak with milkman Bert Lodge about potential employment within his company. Meanwhile, Elsie and Dennis concoct fabricated damp patches and other domestic troubles, striving to give Ena the impression that No. 11 has been in disrepair for years. But Ena sees through their charade and informs Minnie of her intention to evict the Tanners from the house. The other residents anticipate another confrontation between the two women. At the Rovers Return, Ena sub
