Synopsis

Emily guided the group to the Blue John Mines: Dennis, Sandra, Irma, David, Hilda, Stan, Charlie, Minnie, Albert, Elsie, Len, Jack, and Annie all present. Arthur Walker attended to the pub. The residents descended into the mines, which lay 850 feet beneath the earth. Irma worried about frightening David away. Dennis accompanied Sandra. Lucille saw Harry off at Liverpool. On the return journey, David presented Irma with an engagement ring found in the cavern. She accepted it.
